Emily started volunteering in February 2017 while studying her Cert IV in Veterinary nursing at Bankstown TAFE, joining the team not long after. Emily loves furthering her knowledge daily and of course the puppy cuddles that come with it.

Having a love for animals her whole life lead her to study Cert II Animal Studies through high school. Not long after she studied Animal science at UNI working with livestock and deer.

However she wanted to further herself and with her love and comitment to animals gave her ambition to do something more in helping animals and the family's by their side.

Emily has two fur-babies at home, a Sharpei named Milo and a cheeky kitten named Gizmo who's great at pretending he hasn't been fed, to get seconds.
