Jasmine Gauci

Veterinary Nurse

You can call me:
Jaz

Jasmine grew up in southern Brisbane with her two dogs and cat, she moved to the Illawarra with her family when she was 10. Growing up Jasmine surrounded herself with the animal world and used to catch pet tadpoles with her brothers. They would spend all day in search of the slimiest animal they could find!

When Jasmine was 14 years old, a 1 year old Sharpei x broke into her family’s backyard and it was clear she had been abused, unfortunately they legally had to return her to her owner but Jasmine set out to make this pups life a little brighter. Eventually she was surrendered to Jasmine and spent the rest of her 11 years being a chonky couch potato.

Jasmine has dedicated her life to improving the welfare of other animals as she did with Abbey. She started her Veterinary Nursing in 2021 and began volunteering at CAVH. We all fell in love with Jaz and she began working with us soon after.

When Jasmine isn’t at work you will find her cuddling her new cheeky kitten, Ciri, or playing computer games with her friends. She also enjoys art.

Jasmine looks forward to meeting your fur babies!
