Long before she joined the reception team in 2025, Lisa knew Companion Animal as a client. When her family said goodbye to their dog Marley, the compassion shown by Matt and Caitlin stayed with her. It inspired her to join the team and help other families feel supported through every stage of life with their pets.
Lisa brings more than 30 years of experience in customer service, administration and finance, including 26 years in public service. At reception, she believes small things matter: remembering a pet’s name, listening carefully and offering reassurance when someone is worried. She loves seeing nervous pets grow more comfortable, watching puppies and kittens grow up, and sharing the relief when a much-loved pet is well enough to go home.
A Dapto local for 25 years and a Justice of the Peace since 1998, Lisa enjoys giving back to her community. Away from work, she spends time with her dog Moe and writes contemporary romance fiction. At the hospital, she’s always happy to make time for a puppy or kitten cuddle.
